PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out building installation of a reinforcing bar built-up body in a caisson type pile footing without taking labor and time. SOLUTION: A plurality of main bars 11 are erected inside of a shaft 10 excavated and formed in the ground 50, a successive PC steel wire 12 is successively let out to the inside of the shaft 10 from the outside thereof, at the same time, the PC steel wire 12 let out to the inside of the shaft 10 is successively connected to the main bars 11 respectively in the shape of being spirally set along the main bars 11. Concrete is placed in the shaft 10 to form a caisson type pile footing 1.
