FLAVORED INSTANT COFFEE

PURPOSE: A flavored instant coffee is provided which is able to provide convenience for drinking and a peculiar flavor of coffee bean and be managed simply and sanitarily. CONSTITUTION: The flavored instant coffee comprises: (i) 10-20 wt.% of flavored instant coffee prepared by mixing coffee bean perfumed oil coated by a releasing coating agent with granular instant coffee, which is obtained by cool-drying coffee solution; (ii) 50-80 wt.% of saccharide such as sugar; and (iii) 5-30 wt.% of edible filler such as maltodextrin, and it is mixed together and pulverized to form one pack.
