PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent nonconformity at the time of screw tightening for boss part to support a rotary member with simple constitution. SOLUTION: Steps 34 and 35 are formed so that a part of the screwing side of a set screw 23 corresponds to small diameter parts 31a and 33a of approximately the same diameter as in the conventional case and other parts correspond to large diameter and thick parts 31b and 33b at the outer diameter part 31 of a boss part 30 and the inner diameter part 33 of a pinion gear 32, and consequently mechanical strength increases. Thus, an ordinary standard screw conventionally used can be used as a set screw 23, as the side of the set screw 23 where a collar part 24 abuts on the boss part 30 and the pinion gear 32 is small in diameter, even when the boss part 30 is thickened, and a specially sized screw or a special washer is not necessary.
