PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure artificial stone plates flat by having a sheet member of a number of pores, and an imitation stone layer, and affixing the imitation stone layer onto one surface of the sheet member. SOLUTION: When the same kind of a no aggregate-including binder is poured and laminated on an aggregate-including binder by means of spraying or the like, a glassfiber-made mesh member 16 is buried in the laminated no aggregate-including binder for the purpose of the inner reinforcement of a pseudo-stone layer 12. Then, it is cured during a predetermined period of time in a high temperature drying chamber so as to have the binder hardened, thereby obtaining a resin binder-hardened substance formed of a pattern layer 12a consisting of an aggregate-including binder and a base layer 12b consisting of a no aggregate-including binder. In the next place, a sheet member 14 having a number of pores 14 is attached on the side surface of the base layer 12b of a hardened substance obtained. This results in that since a part of an adhesive applied on the wall surface of a building comes in direct contact with the imitation stone layer passing through pores of the sheet member, artificial stone plates can be secured flat on the wall surface of a building while relaxing ununiformities or unevennesses lying on the wall surface of a building by an adhesive.
