PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase comfortableness of a balcony by providing balcony shores having a flower base on the outer circumferential face of a balcony side wall. SOLUTION: Shores are standingly provided on the outer circumferential face of a balcony side wall 10, a storage 5 setting them to be a structure is provided, and a balcony side wall opening part is provided with the door 51 of the storage 5 inside the balcony. Hereby it is unnecessary to sacrifice the space of the balcony for providing the storage 5, and the area of the balcony 1 can be utilized to maximum. Further, because the storage side wall and the shores are held in common, the quantity of the member can be reduced, and the balcony side wall 10 can be constructed with necessary and minimum thickness so as to be able to decrease the cost. Further, recessed and projecting parts are given to the appearance of the balcony 1, and hence the appearance being rich in variation is obtained. Further, the storage 5 can be provided with only a shelf with no door 51, and the upper part of the storage 5 can be used for a flower base.
