PURPOSE: An adjustable controller is provided to correctly place the starting point of a tool bit and to return the tool bit to the correct starting point in cutting. CONSTITUTION: A tool bit holder(20) is placed for fixing a tool bit(30). A rotary head(16) rotates with delivering the tool bit holder and a head and drives the tool bit while moving circularly on the rotating shaft(Y) of the rotary head. A work holder keeps a workpiece in a certain relation with a housing(12) so that the tool bit holder progresses in the transfer direction of the workpiece. A compressing spring(32) biases the tool bit holder in a shrunk position or in a direction of going away from the rotating shaft. The spring keeps a slave unit(42) on the tool bit holder connected with a lobe(40) and the cam lobe and the spring return the tool bit holder in a start position in rotating the slave part in an opposite direction. |
