PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure concentricity between an outer ring and a driving shaft in high precision and reduce gross production cost by possessing a bearing function in a rolling type one-way clutch. SOLUTION: A holding device 2 is attached to the inside of an outer ring and rolling members 10 acting as a wedge are housed in a plural housing holes 2j of a holding part 2c of the holding device 2 and a driving shaft B is fitted so as to enable contact on the inner peripheral surfaces 2d and 2f of the holding device 2. The outer peripheral surfaces 2e and 2g of the holding device 2 is fitted so as to enable contact on the inner peripheral surface 1a of the outer ring 1. The free rotating areasαof these rolling members 10 are brought into contact with the rolling members 10 in the recessed part in the inner peripheral surface 1a to constitute preventing surfacesβon which rotation is prevented. When the rolling members 10 are inserted into plural housing holes 2j, the rolling members 10 are put on the outer periphery of the driving shaft B and inserted into the recessed part of the outer ring 1 and brought into contact with spring parts 2j.
