摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give the linear advance stability without providing an expensive switching means while only reversing the traveling direction by supporting an outer end of a shaft of a pair of side rollers in right and left for supporting both sides of a belt freely to be moved before and behind a straight line crossing the traveling direction of the belt at right angles. SOLUTION: An arch-like slit 16, of which central part is positioned higher than a front and a rear ends thereof, is provided in an inclined part 14a of a side plate 14 for supporting an outer end of a shaft 12' of both side rollers 13' of a roller unit 8'. The outer end of the shaft 12' of the both side rollers 13' is fitted in the slit 16 freely to be slid in the longitudinal direction, and when a belt 7 travels in the normal direction, each side roller 13' is pushed forward on the outer end side thereof by the friction with a back surface of the belt 7. Similarly, when the belt travels in the reverse direction, the outer end side of the roller 13' is pushed backward. At the time of traveling of the belt 7 in the normal direction, the right and the left rollers 13', 13' are inclined forward at about 2-5 degree relative to the straight line L, and guides both the ends so as to be directed in the centripetal direction, and the linear advance stability is given to the belt 7.
