PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a continuity between an electrode on the piezoelectric vibrator side and the conducting pattern of a flexible tape is certainly established, even when the width of the piezoelectric vibrator is small and a surplus amount of solder does not cause a shortcircuiting. SOLUTION: The pattern width PW of a conducting pattern is set to be smaller than the width of a piezoelectric vibrator 11 (the width W of a segment external electrode 24) and the connecting part 26a' of the conducting pattern includes a comparatively long linear inclined part 31 with a length L and a deflection width D. In addition, the effective continuity width is increased by making the deflection width of the inclined part 31 larger than the width W of the segment external electrode 24. Further a non-laminated region 33 which is not covered with the conducting pattern is formed on the segment external electrode 24 by the inclined part. The surplus amount of a molten solder 34 is allowed to escape into the non-laminated region 33.
