PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing pouch which releases smoothly the inner pressure from a top seal part automatically broken when inner pressure is increased by heating or heat-cooking in a microwave oven, and to fill the content easily through an opening formed by a sucker of an automatic filling machine. SOLUTION: This is a standing pouch made into a bag using a laminated film 1 comprising an outside base material film and an inside sealant layer, and both sides of the bag are formed in side seal part, Hs and the bottom side of the bag is formed in a bottom seal part Hb which can stand. On the inner face of the bag opening side, an easy peel thin tape 2 is applied in the width direction of the bag. The thin film tape 2 has a layer structure comprising a sealant layer, a base material film and an easy peel sealant layer.
