PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin increasing its curing rate without requiring a co-reacting compound by incorporating an alkoxysilane into a polyisocyanate through an aspartate. SOLUTION: This moisture-curing resin having an isocyanate group and an alkoxysilane group, is obtained by incorporating the alkoxysilane as a reaction product of (A) a polyisocyanate with (B) an amino compound of the formula [X is an organic group inert at <100 deg.C against isocyanate group (NCO), provided that at least one of them is an alkoxy; Y is a 1-8C alkylene; Z is COOR1 or an aromatic ring; R1, R2 are each an organic group inert at <=100 deg.C against NCO; R3, R4 are each H or R1], has 0.2-30 wt.% content of NCO binding to a (cyclic) aliphatic group (as NCO having 42 MW), 0.2-4.5 wt.% alkoxysilane content (as Si having 28 MW) and an equivalent ratio of NCO binding to the (cyclic) aliphatic group per Si-binding alkoxy group of (1:0.05)-(1:1.4), and further contains, as the case may be, recurring ethyleneoxide units.
