PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for laborious manipulation by making it possible to open and close the flow passages between two through-holes of any one set among plural sets to enable adjustment by rotating a columnar rotator and recessing the proper points at the peripheral surface of the columnar rotator with hollow grooves at the proper points thereof. SOLUTION: The cylindrical body 1 is provided with the first set of the through-holes 11 and 12 apart spaced intervals and further, the lateral side thereof is provided with the second set of the through-holes 13 and 14 apart spaced intervals. These through-holes 11 to 14 are provided with short pipes 111, 121, 131 and 141. The columnar rotator 2 is disposed rotatably on the inner side of the cylindrical body 1. The peripheral surface of the columnar rotator 2 is provided with five pieces of the hollow grooves parallel with the axial direction at the points dividing the peripheral surface to five equal portions by 72 deg. each. A drive assembly 5 is provided with means for detecting the positions of the respective hollow grooves by the rotation of the columnar rotator 2 rotating in the cylindrical body 1. The rotation of the columnar rotator 2 is controlled by detecting the positions of the respective hollow grooves. |
