PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation of control object equipment by erroneous input of a set value. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a set value input means 11 for receiving a control parameter set value to be inputted from a monitoring terminal, a set value history storage part 13 for retaining the past control parameter set values, a set value decision means 12 which refers to the past control parameter set value read from the set value history storage part 13 and decides an erroneous input possibility of the control parameter set value with respect to the control parameter set value inputted by the means 11, a set value guidance means 15 for displaying a guidance of output confirmation to the monitoring terminal when it is decided that there is the erroneous input possibility of the control parameter set value by the set value decision means 12, and a setting output means 14 which outputs the control parameter set value inputted by the set value input means 11 to control object equipment and, at the same time, has it retained in the set value history storage means 13 when it is decided that there is no erroneous input possibility of the control parameter set value by the set value decision means 12. |
