PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make smooth and centralizedly manage the financial transactions in a company group by accurately and speedily confirming, approving, and carrying out the financial transactions in the company group. SOLUTION: This system has a transaction instruction means which receives the input, alteration, and cancellation of the contents of financial transactions and their approval or confirmation sent from terminal devices Y1 and Y2 set at a financial control company A and participant companies B1 to B8 and issues the execution instruction for financial transaction, a transaction executing means which performs the transactions when receiving execution indications from them, and a transaction managing means which records and manages a history of the financial transactions and their acknowledgement or confirmation and detailed data of the financial transactions. The transaction instruction means comprises layers L1 to L4, and the contents of a financial transaction can be inputted, altered, and canceled in the bottom layer L1 and when approval is obtained in the top layer L4 through approval or confirmation in the layer right above the bottom layer L1, an execution instruction for a specified financial transaction is outputted. |
