PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repair a protected electronic part by providing a specific angle between the side surface of a band and the upper surface. SOLUTION: A side surface constituting a band 2 comprising a top-view cross-section of square form comprising a rounded corner, and an upper surface 3 comprising an edge matching with the upper edge of the side surface, are provided. A screen is formed of a conductive material, preferably with a steel. As a steel, CIT-50 E 4/E 4 which is tin-plated with thickness of 0.2±0.05 mm may be used. Here, the band 2 is slightly pyramidal, and four side surfaces form 92 deg.-94 deg. to the upper surface 3, with the upper surface 3 extending parallel to its edge, comprising a notch 6 near the edge. It is preferred that the side surface forms 92 deg. 50'-93 deg. 20' relative to the upper surface 3.
