PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to manually correct the description conversion of hardware language(HDL) for every CAD system by displaying a converted position in a non-common specification part dividied by a specification dividing part. SOLUTION: An VHDL RTL level source code generation part 110 successively extracts the expression contents of an VHDL RTL level source (S13) and judges whether each extracted VHDL RTL level source code can be converted into a reserved word or not (S14). The source code allowed to be converted into a reserved word is expressed by one description (S16 to S18). A VHDL RTL level source code which can not be converted by common description is converted as a non-common specification part (S26). The non-common specification part is displayed by a non-common specification display part 140 (S27), whether the description is suitable or not is checked and only the description judged as an unsuitable description is corrected (S28).
