PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation time for pressing down a part and a mounting time onto a substrate, by moving a part which, held by a head, comprises a lead terminal at a lower part above a through hole of a substrate, and pressing down it by a pusher where a vertical weight position for the part is adjusted. SOLUTION: A lead terminal 25 of an element 24 held with a head 20 is inserted in a through hole of a substrate 106 placed below. Under the condition, a pusher 100 is pressed down to contact to the upper end of the element 24. Utilizing a play time before the element 24 is pressed into the substrate 106, a cam follower 116 is positioned at a bottom of a cam 118, and rotated downward with a supporting point 114 of a lever 112 as a center so that the pusher 109 gently hits the element 24. When contacted, a sensing switch acts and the level of the element 24 is calculated from the rotation angle of the cam 118, recognizing the level. Thus, a level weight position of the pusher is adjusted from the level of the element while mounting time of the element is shortened. |
