PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a photovoltaic element from being damaged by forming a rear surface reinforcing plate to have uneveness, a bent section in the section where the uneveness exist, and a curved section in a direction perpendicular to the bent section. SOLUTION: A metallic reinforcing plate 5 of a solar battery module is formed by using a galvanized steel sheet. The reinforcing plate 5 is sealed and fixed with a light-transmitting resin after linear uneveness 6 are formed on the reinforcing plate 5. The shapes 6 are formed by causing it to pass through the reinforcing plate 5 between a pair of rollers 14 having desired linear uneveness on their surfaces. The shapes 6 are formed in such a way that only projecting shapes are formed on a photovoltaic element side with respect to the smooth plate 5. Then the module is bent so that the module has an inverted hat-like cross section and formed into a curved shape with a press-forming machine. Therefore, the power generating efficiency of the solar battery module can be improved without damaging the photovoltaic element or lowering the electrical performance of the module. |
