PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set respective small glass plates in the same position in a treatment apparatus by a method, wherein the small glass plates which are cut rectlinearly from a large glass plate and which are lined up and arranged at prescribed intervals, are cut at a prescribed position with reference to a reference part which is formed in a frame body. SOLUTION: A work 5 is pressed from two right-angled directions by punch arms 10e, 10f which are installed at a dicing and cutting machine 10. An orientation flat 3a and an orientation flat 3b at a frame body 3 are set to a state that they are bit to, and brought into contact with a stopper 10c and a stopper 10d. After that, the work 5 is sucked and fixed to a suction table 10a. Then, a rotary cutting edge with a thickness of 0.1 mm at the dicing and cutting machine 10 is run to the prescribed position of a large glass plate 2. The large glass plate 2 is cut into individual small glass plates 6 having prescribed dimensions. A lined-up body of glass plates, in which the small glass plates 6 are lined up and arranged rectlinearly at prescribed intervals, is obtained. The lined-up body is lined up and arranged in a prescribed position with reference to the orientation flats 3a, 3b as reference parts of the frame body 3.
