PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer/reply an incoming call addressed to an employee in a business establishment, in response to a schedule and a working state of the employee. SOLUTION: When an employee, to whom an incoming cal is addressed, is not at desk by referring to a schedule table 22, the incoming call is transferred to a telephone number of its visit destination. When the employee is off duty as a result of referring to a working management table 38, an absence message is used to reply the incoming call and a message of a caller or the like is recorded. Or a group table 36 is referred to and a group to which the called employee belongs is specified and the incoming call is transferred to at least an employee who is present among employees of the group.
