PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and display data needed of a key operation by storing a plurality of application data together with electronic money information. SOLUTION: When a device application program is, for instance, installed from a personal computer 23 through an IC card read and write part 8 or 9 of a display device 1, a transmission signal and a received signal are exchanged in one signal in the parts 8 and 9 while a transmission signal and a received signal are different in a signal from the external terminal 47 of the personal computer 23. Therefore, a converting part 38 converting the transmission signal and the received signal into one signal is connected with the external terminal 47 of the personal computer 23. In this case, for an interface signal between the personal computer 23 and the converting part 38, for example, three signals being a data signal, a reset signal and a clock signal are used. When an IC card is read and written in the part 8 or 9, a communication speed is transferred in start-stop synchronization. |
