PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily order an original design timepiece to a timepiece maker in a timepiece design making system. SOLUTION: An application kit contains a timepiece design sheet and an order sheet, and the timepiece design sheet is composed of at least a timepiece type selecting column for selecting a type of a timepiece desired by a user, a photograph arranging place selecting column for selecting an arranging place on a dial of a photograph and a picture, a dial background designating column for designating a background of the dial, a message position selecting column for selecting a position of a message on the dial, a message content recording column for recording the message content, a marking content recording column for recording the content marked on a back cap of the timepiece, a hour figure necessity column for selecting the necessity of hour figures and an order number recording column for recording the order number.
