REFERENCE SIGNAL LINE SUPERIMPOSING NOISE REMOVING METHOD, DESIGN SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exact compare value by removing a noise, which is superimposed on a reference signal by crosstalk, by adding an electrostatic capacitor and to easily and surely perform design in the case of packaging a reference signal line and the electrostatic capacitor in a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: Differential input signals S218 and SS219 and a reference signal S215 are inputted to differential buffers 212 and 229 and comparing value signals S231 and S232 are outputted. In this case, peripheral radiation noises are superimposed on a reference signal line 220 by crosstalk, the noises are removed by correct electrostatic capacitors C300 and C301 and the potential change of the reference signal is normalized. The quantity of crosstalk to superimpose the radiation noise is discriminated and the electrostatic capacitor cells (correct electrostatic capacitor C300 and C301) of values based on this crosstalk quantity are arranged on the input terminal side of differential buffers of the reference signal line 220 in a grid-shaped pattern respectively longitudinally and laterally turning out two patterns.
