PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely emit a light beam of an illuminating light to a visitor independently of a height or standing position of the visitor regardless of a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: In the door-phone television camera lighting device 1, an illuminating light 2 installed at an entrance illuminates a visitor at the entrance, and a television monitor 13 of a living set 11 displays a video signal photographed by a television camera 16. An emission axis Ax of the illuminating light 2 is fixed in a horizontal direction and a Fresnel lens 3 is fixed in front of the illuminating light 2 so that its optical axis is directed to the visitor in a way that the optical axis is freely shifted in a vertical and/or horizontal direction.
