PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on an operator for operation route setting by inputting image information on the inside of a body, setting up a target in a model, setting up at least one area for the model, a deriving an operation route, and displaying the derived operation route. SOLUTION: Slice images including a patient's lesion part which are photographed by an X-ray CT device or an MRI device are inputted and stored. These stored slice images are inputted by an image input function 5 of a computer 2, a target is set up in the lesion part by a target setting function 6 and an area not to be invaded in operation is set up by an area setting function 7. The area is weighted by an importance setting function 8 in accordance with the importance of the area. A route function calculating function 9 and a candidate route calculating function 10 are used for evaluating an operation route to the target by using an evaluation function and deriving at least one operation route as a candidate. |
