PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in well-ordered arrangement of core members and in its laminating work. SOLUTION: A laminating die apparatus includes a first punching means for punching blank corresponding to a core member 7 of a first core member 8 and forming the first core member 8, and a second punching means for punching a blank corresponding to a core member 7 of a second core member 9 having an outline with an opposite edge part different in an laminated direction from that of the first core member 8, and forming the second core member 9. The first and second punching means are operated in the same position, so the first and second core members 8 and 9 are laminated alternately in a laminating direction, in such a way that the position between core members 7 of the first core member 8 and a position between the core members 7 of the second core member 9 are dislocated in an elongated direction and the adjoining edge parts of the core members 7 are overlapped in the laminated direction.
