<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain multi-media information equipment by which information desired by a user is easily selected from various kinds of and a large quantity of contents and also optimum display is executed for the user. SOLUTION: Multi-media information equipment is constituted by providing means 101 and 114 for receiving information of plural media, a means 113 for generating a profile 105 based on the viewing history of the user, the means 108 and 300 for displaying the information in accordance with the contents of the profile and the means 107 for recording the information as necessary. It is constituted in such a way that a screen is divided into five consisting of one being nearly rectangular and smaller than a display screen and of the four ones formed by straight lines connecting the four corners of the display screen from the four corners of the nearly rectangular screen, the divided screens are adopted as the respective wall surfaces being a front, a ceiling, a right side, a left side and a floor constituting one room and a menu and the contents are arranged on the respective wall surfaces so as to surround oneself standing in the room.</p> |
