PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain necessary electric power without using any other electric power outlet, to eliminate the need for inefficient extension, and to obtain easiness and low cost by providing a two-stage optical switch mechanism which sets the transmission path of a down light signal to a front optical or metal cable port direction or the other back optical cable port direction automatically by an optical switch. SOLUTION: The information outlet is equipped with an optical cable port 9 and a metal cable port 10 in the front and two optical cable ports 1 and 2 in the back respectively. The two-stage optical switch mechanism is equipped with optical switches 4 and 5 which correspond to the front ports 9 and 10 and are associated with each other according to the connection state of the respective ports 1, 2, 9, and 10. Then the optical switches 4 and 5 automatically set the transmission path of the down light signal inputted from the up-side optical cable port 1 in the back to the direction of the front optical cable ports 9 and 10 or the direction of the other back optical cable port 2. |
