PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitting device suppressing power consumption in optical communication, facilitating positioning of an optical communication terminal device and equalizing the fitting directions of the optical communication terminal devices and an optical reflection body used for it. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by providing the optical reflection body 11 making a part or the whole of an inner side surface of an ellipsoid obtained by rotating an ellipse around its major axis its reflection surface and a spacer 102 and projected parts 103 positioning/holding the optical communication terminal devices 12, 12 so that infrared communication ports 121, 121 provided on respective two optical communication terminal devices 12, 12 are provided on two focuses of the optical reflection body 11 respectively. |
