PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize addition of an overhead and to minimize the need to change the structure of a physical layer by multiplexing plural packet data users to one downlink shared channel. SOLUTION: A multiplexer 26 is provided in an MAC sublayer 4a and inputs respective transport blocks from respective user data streams on signal lines 12a, 12b, and 12c. The multiplexer 26 multiplexes the transport blocks which are received from the all user data streams in a corresponding time frame into one signal on a signal line 28. Thus, a single piece of signal data, including the transport blocks for all the user in a certain time frame, is inputted to an encoding block 14d, a rate matching block 16d and an interleaving block 18d, and these process the multiplexed transport blocks. |
