PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device wherein a driving speed is easily improved with no drop of sensitivity for improved animation speed. SOLUTION: Related to a photoelectric conversion device wherein a plurality of pixels comprising a photoelectric conversion element 11 and a switching thin-film transistor 12 are arrayed, a gate electrode 1021 of the switching thin- film transistor 12 is formed of a first conductive layer, while a gate wiring 1022 connected to the gate electrode 1021 is formed of a second conductive layer different from the first conductive layer. The gate electrode 1021 and the gate wiring 1022 are connected each other at a contact hole formed at inter-layer insulating films 1031 and 1032 present between them. The gate electrode 1021 can be thinner while forming the gate wiring 1022 thicker. The first and second conductive layers are formed of materials different from each other.
