PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the door-phone slave set with a camera that transmits a video signal with less lightness difference of a major image and a background image even in the case of rear light condition. SOLUTION: The door-phone slave set with a camera has a function of automatically setting an iris of an image pickup circuit 202 by an automatic iris circuit 211, is provided with two systems consisting of an image lower part photometric system 215 that uses an image pickup element 201 to measure a lower part of an image and of a full image photometric system 116 measuring the entire image by using a photometric element 112 and with a control circuit 114 that selects a photometric system to be connected to the automatic iris circuit from the two systems, and the control circuit 114 selects sequentially either system in the two photometric systems depending on the illuminance of a photographed image.
