PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration caused by the imbalance mass of a disk generated during the high-speed rotation of the disk. SOLUTION: A turntable 2 is fixed roughly in the position of the center of gravity on a traverse mechanical base 4, a spindle motor 3 rotated at a high speed is attached, and plural elastically displaceable insulators 19 attached to float on the chassis base 20 of a casing are arranged such that loads applied thereon are roughly equal. Thus, vibration caused by the imbalance mass of a disk 1 is suppressed.
