<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically change a screen layout into the one high in visibility even when data in a database are changed or a font to be displayed on a screen is changed. SOLUTION: A database 701 is constructed in a storage means 70 by a database constructing means 20 through an input means 10. Data of the database 701 is screen-displayed on a display means 50 by a string designating means 40 based on the contents of an item setting table 702, a max. byte length table 703, font size data 704 and layout automatic/manual data 705. When the database 701 is changed by a data change means 80, a display area width designating means 30 is started, the contents of the item setting table 702 are changed and the string designating means 40 is started. Further, font size data 704 are changed by a font size storing means 60 and the string designating means 40 is started.</p> |
