PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable introduction structure which can keep sealing of an interior of a submarine observation apparatus even when a cable in a sealed part in bent or even when a difference between inside and outside pressures of the apparatus is produced. SOLUTION: The blocking pressure plate includes a pair of pressure plate structures 9 of a semi-circular shape surrounding outer sides of a plurality of cables 3, and a fitting plate 10 for covering a gap between the cables. Each of the pressure plate structures is formed therein with a notch 9a for fitting with the cables which is extended from its linear part toward its center. A thin-walled part for fitting with the fitting plate is provided in the vicinity of open ends of the notch. An inner peripheral shape of the thin-walled part is made to be nearly the same as an outer contour shape of the fitting plate, a semi-arc-shaped contact part 10b to be contacted with an outer periphery of the cable along its about half-circumference is provided at a bottom part of the notch, and the fitting plate is provided with a semi-arc-shaped contact part 10b which is to be contacted with outer peripheries of the cable along their about half circumference.
