PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the rust proofing property of the corrosion resistance of a tension coil spring applied to nip between carrying rollers though processing liquid is highly activated even in bad environment such as at the boundary of gas/liquid. SOLUTION: In order to impart nip force to cross-over rollers positioned at the boundary edge of the liquid/gas, that means, the liquid level edge of the processing liquid, cobalt-based alloy is applied as the material of the tension coil spring 172 wound round a pair of bearings. Thus the spring 172 becomes excellent in the corrosion resistance and the rust proofing property and durability being more than desired can be obtained even in the bad environment such as at the boundary edge. Besides, since the cross-over rollers positioned at both sides of a fixing tank are set in the worst environment as the result of experiment it is good that the spring 172 made of the cobalt-based alloy is used for only the cross-over rollers and used for all parts.
