SOLUTION: When an image-forming instruction of a mark sheet original is given to instruct device control information (S1-Y) after an image of a specific original is formed (S12), whether or not the image of the specific original is formed is detected (S13), and when the image forming of the specific image has failed (S14-N), this fact is notified through an alarm (S16), and the output of the mark sheet original is surely confirmed. |
