PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure free from the vibration of a sealing body regardless of the position of a shutter valve and to improve the mounting workability for inserting and supporting a basic part of the seal body into a recessed groove of the valve body. SOLUTION: An air blowoff device comprises at least a case body and a shutter valve 6 rotatably pivotted inside of the case body and properly controlled by an operating means from a full-open position to a full-close position, and the shutter valve 6 comprises a valve body 10 rotatably pivotted inside of the case body, and a seal body 15 of which a basic part is inserted and supported in a recessed groove 12 formed on an peripheral edge of the valve body 10, and of which a seal part can be closely contacted with a wall of the case body. A width of the recessed groove 12 is larger than a plate thickness of the seal body 15, and the recessed groove 12 comprises the projecting streak parts 16, 17 alternately pressing both surfaces of the basic part of the seal body 15 for supporting the basic part of the seal body 14 with the wave-shape.
