PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably recognize positions. SOLUTION: In an image recognition method in which an electronic part 4 forming a luster part at lower surface as a part of outline is illuminated from below and taken photograph with a camera to recognize the position by recognizing the obtained image, the photographed image is taken to binarize and process and luster part electrodes 4a are extracted. Obtained is the most distant point of the luster part at each angle θ of scanning this image from the initiation point of nozzle N point linearly for all angle range and from the most distant point, the outline 4c of the electronic part 4 is estimated to identify the position of the electronic part 4. Thus, the effects of noise from excess luster part is avoided and stable position recognition can be conducted. |
