PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery label with IC whose delivery slip is specially shaped in a label shape, which can be issued safely with less load on an IC circuit, and which easily processes data storage into the IC circuit for issuing efficiently the delivery label. SOLUTION: This delivery label 1 with IC has in a base material sheet an antenna part 6 which sends and receives data by a non-contact system and an IC circuit 7 having an informaiton memory part. A delivery informaiton printing part 10 for printing a sender 3 and a receiver 2 formintg a thermal color layer 8 is formed on the front face of the base material sheet, and an adhesive part is formed on the back face of the base material sheket. A bar code 5 for delivery control is electronically memorized in advance in the IC circuit of the delivery label with IC. |
