PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam pipe joint which allows a strut forming a safeguard fence to support beam pipes and functions to connect the beam pipes to each other. SOLUTION: A strut 1 forming a safeguard fence is allowed to support beam pipes 2 by using inner sleeves 6. In this case, the lower surface of each inner sleeve 6 is provided with a plurality of female screw portions at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and downward projections together with the female screw portions, respectively. The end of the beam pipe 3 has openings formed therein at respective locations at which the openings each align to the female screw portion and the downward projection of the inner sleeve 6. The beam pipe 2 is fitted on the inner sleeve 6, and the downward projection is fitted into the opening, followed by connection of the downward projection and the opening by means of a bolt upward screwed into the female screw portion through the opening aligned to the female screw portion.
