PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect liquid leakage by arranging a pair of electrodes to be in a conductive state by means of a leaked liquid coming down along a plate in one lower end part of a pair of plates where a heat exchange bag is held in order to detect the leakage of infusion or the like from the heat exchange bag of an infusion circuit or the like. SOLUTION: A heat exchange bag 13 is set in a replenishing liquid heater 1 where a planar heater is incorporated at the inner sides of the heating boards 6 and 7 of a fixing side plate 2 and a mobile side plate 3. When a pin hole exists on one side surface of the heat exchange bag 13 in this state, the leaked liquid is stored after coming to a corner part on the side surface of the electrode 9 in a notched part 11 and brought into contact with the upper surface of the electrode 8. Then, it is drawn into an interval between the electrodes 8 and 9, they becomes an electrically conductive state and the conductive state is detected as the liquid leakage by a detecting circuit 12 which are connected to the electrodes 8 and 9. The liquid leakage signal S1 is outputted to the alarm generating circuit 14 and the roller pump operating circuit 15 of a medical treatment device 14, the liquid leakage is reported and also liquid supply is interrupted.
