PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a finger-pressure effect to the waist, to promote the ventilation effect of part to easily get musty, and to provide a cushion for bedding to extremely easily sleep by setting the projection height or pitch of a rugged shape at a lengthwise central part more than the other section. SOLUTION: One piece of soft polyurethane foam is cut into sine curve at an intermediate position in a height direction, and two sets of upper and lower cushions 2 are provided while having a wavy rugged part 5 only on the surface side. Concerning the respective cushions 2, a rear side 3 is made planar and the wavy rugged part 5 continuous in a lengthwise direction is provided only on a surface 4. Concerning the shape of cut, the amplitude and wavelength at the lengthwise central part 6 is similarly made longer than a head part 7 and a leg part 8 at both terminal parts so that the height and projection pitch of a projecting part 5a and the depth of a recessed part 5b at the central part 6 can be set more than a projection height 2, projection pitch and recess depth of the rugged part 5 at the other head part 7 and leg part 8.
