PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an injecting tube to stay in a celom when an endoscope is drawn-out from the celom by providing a receiving member for receiving the supply of an injection liquid, the injecting tube extending from it and an injecting needle connected to the tip part of the injecting tube and arranged the receiving member and the injecting tube so as to be attachable/detachable. SOLUTION: This injecting tube 43 is put through a jacket tube 42 and the jacket tube 42 is put through the channel 13 of an endoscope 10. An insertion portion 12 of the endscope 10 is inserted to the celom of a patient and its tip part faces a part to be injected. Then, an injecting needle 46 is projected from a cap 45 and the part to be injected is pierced with it. Then, the needle 51 of an injector 50 pierces the receiving member 41, its tip faces a cavity 41c and the injection liquid is injected to the cavity 41c from the injector 50. After injection, the needle 51 is drawn-out from the receiving member 41. When periodical injection is required continuously after that in the same region to be injected, the base end part of the injecting tube 43 is drawn-out from the insertion hole 41a of the receiving member 41 and also the insertion portion 12 of the endscope 10 is drawn-out from the celom. |
