PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for an adhesive sheet in which the adhesive composition is easy to handle, the operations can be simplified and the production steps can be made speed-up, and provide an adhesive sheet produced thereby. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition layer comprising an adhesive composition that contains a main adhesive agent and a radiation-curable polyfunctional (meth)acrylate is irradiated with radiation rays. In a preferred embodiment, the amount of the radiation-curable polyfunctional (meth)acrylate is 0.05-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the main adhesive. The radiation rays are preferably ultraviolet rays, while the adhesive composition preferably includes a photo-polymerization initiator. The main adhesive agent preferably comprises an acrylic adhesive.
