PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device that can grip a plurality of loads reliably irrespective of their rigidity, and is simple is structure and relatively inexpensive to manufacture. SOLUTION: An arm portion 24 of each clamp arm 16 has three holding portions 30 recessed in a clamp surface 16a, and a pivot 32 disposed to pass through the holding portions 30 and support movable grip members 20 for turning movement. Each movable grip member 20 has a grip surface extending linearly along the arm portion 24 in projected relation to the clamp surface 16a of the arm portion 24. Turning movement of each movable grip member 20 on the pivot 32 adjusts the individual projection height of the grip surface from the clamp surface 16a. Each arm portion 24 also has on its base side three lock plates 44 fixed in the holding portions 30, three compression springs interposed between the lock plates 44 and the movable grip members 20, and three adjusting screws 48 for securing the movable grip members 20 in place against pressure from the compression springs.
