PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically customize an apparatus to make a function usable without troubling an operator when the function is not prepared at either a printing apparatus capable of selecting various printing functions or an information-pressing apparatus for ordering printing is to be used. SOLUTION: A combination of a first icon for identifying a data-setting item of an information-processing means 300, a second icon for identifying a set item of printing control data stored in a printing means 301 and data showing contents of icons is displayed to a display means 305. When an item of printing control information not set yet without the icon displayed is designated, printing control data is generated on the basis of registered data displayed by the icons.
