PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent materials to be stirred from attaching to stirring blades and from rotating together with the blades and thus improve the destruction efficiency and stirring efficiency of the blades by using an annular stirring member which consists of the internal and external stirring members both rotating around the same axis line, the internal stirring member being asymmetrical with respect to the rotation axis line. SOLUTION: The internal and external stirring blades 16 and 18 attached to a rotating shaft 14 having a rotation axis A inclined against the vertical line are installed in a kettle 12 supported by a support 10. A motor 30 with a reversal speed change function for driving the stirring blades is installed at the top of the rotating shaft 14. A plurality of stirring shaft 36, 37 supported by a plurality of arms 34, 35 are attached to the internal stirring blades 16 with different distances from the rotation axis A, and a plurality of stirring rods 40 asymmetrical with respect to the rotation axis A are attached to each stirring shaft 36, 37. On the other hand, the external stirrer blade 18 is formed into an annular shape, and scraping blades 50 for scraping materials to be stirred are installed at the periphery of the external stirring blade 18 and in contact with the inside surface of the kettle 12 and are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the rotation axis.
