<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the separation durability of a folded part end by setting the height of a hard stiffener rubber from a carcass body outside surface on a normal extending from a mountain-shaped protruding apex to the outside of a carcass body to a maximum height. SOLUTION: A hard stiffer rubber 7-1 protruded in a mountain shape to the outside of a tire is provided within a triangular sectional area nipped by a normal LV extending from the terminal end 5bE of the folded part 5b of a carcass 6 and a line segment LH drawn from the terminal 5bE of the folded part 5b to the outer surface of a carcass body part 5a in parallel to the tire rotating axial line. The mountain-shaped protruding apex P of the hard stiffer rubber 7-1 is present within the area nipped by the normal LV and the line segment LH. The height H of the hard stiffer rubber 7-1 from the outer surface of the carcass body 5a is set so as to have a maximum height in the whole area extending from the line segment LH to the end of a tread part 3.</p> |
