PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradable foam cushioning body having excellent moldability and strength or the like, and a high biodegradation rate. SOLUTION: A cap film 2 and a back film 1 are each composed of an aliphatic polyester resin or a composition of a polycaprolactone and the aliphatic polyester resin. A melt index at a temperature of 190 deg.C and a load of 2,160 g of the aliphatic polyester resin is 3-10 g/10 min, and a melt tension at a cylinder temperature of 150 deg.C, a cylinder speed of 1 mm/min and a take-off speed of 1 m/min is at least 3 g.
